The Possession

The Possession is based on a woman's inability to move on after a break up specially after she finds out her ex has moved on so quickly. I feel like this is a reading that everyone can relate to because even if we don't want to admit it there is always that one person we can never forget and breaking up and getting over that person was one of the hardest things to do. Like the author we find ourselves wanting to know why? why they have moved on so quickly? why they have chosen this person? is he/she the same way he/she was with me?. We become consumed with trying to answer these questions and find ourselves going above and beyond to find those answers. Everyone is different some can move on from relationship to relationship and be fine but for others it's much more difficult to move specially when they believe that the relationship can be fixed but then find their ex has already moved on.

  1. I agree with your post 100%. I feel that everyone will go through such heart ache one time or another. It is part of growing up. But its how we pick up the pieces that matters most. Its sad to feel like any and everything you do could revolve around one persons actions but its a reality that we all must face. In the end we become better people and grow up and learn more about ourselves during the process of healing our broken hearts.

  2. I agree also, it is difficult to go through a breakup, but it only makes you stronger and you certainly learn from it.

  3. Great post! I agree with you. Every person will go through at least one difficult break up where they will begin to question why their ex is with someone new. We are human. We have feelings. We will feel hurt and want to know what this new person has that makes them so special. I've seen friends of mine compare themselves to the new love and try to find out some information on them. This woman just went overboard by allowing her senses to become crazy possessed with this new woman.
